In Cherokee County all cases are evaluated for possible entry into the DUI COURT PROGRAM.  This program is designed for multiple offenders.  If it is your first offense, your case will be transferred to a regular arraignment calendar.  If you have had prior offenses, your case will be considered for DUI COURT.  Have your case evaluated for possible defenses before agreeing to any outcome, including DUI COURT.
