As always, there have been some prominent DUI arrestees in the news in the past couple of weeks. 26 year old actress, Amanda Bynes, was arrested for her first DUI charge in CA after striking a police officers car. In Georgia, a former DeKalb Co. ADA, Jennifer Little, who had only just recently ceased prosecuting cases and entered private practice earlier this year, was arrested for DUI. She refused all field sobriety tests and refused to take a breath test which may lead to a one year suspension of her Georgia drivers license with no llimited permit available. These are just two more added to the list of prominent and public figures arrested for DUI.

When someone is arrested for a first DUI charge, they are often traumatized. Most first time DUI arrests are to people with clean criminal and driving records.
