DUI Child Endangerment

When someone is arrested for DUI with children under the age of fourteen in their vehicle, they will also be charged with DUI Child Endangerment.  What many people don't know is that each child is considered a separate DUI.  For example, a driver with two children in their car can be made a Habitual Violator is just one arrest!  With three DUIs, their driver's license will be suspended for five years as well as jail time and community service.  Do not plead guilty to DUI Child Endangerment before you have talked to an experienced attorney.
